Members can purchase disposable contact lenses by mail order. Call 1-800-878-3901 to get a price quote over the phone. Tell the operator the brand and type of lens you’re interested in. The operator will assist you in the ordering process.
E-mail a valid doctor’s contact lens prescription to America’s Eyewear at americaseyewear@newbenefits.com or fax the prescription to 972-503-5671. Be sure to include your name and membership number from your Carefree Dental Card. You may place orders as often as you wish prior to the expiration date of the prescription.
